LOGITECH MX Keys keyboard Review - worth it

Hi everyone, welcome to my my blog, and today, I’m doing a quick review of what has been my daily driver for the past 8 months – the Logitech MX Keys keyboard. So, the question is,  Is it really the ultimate keyboard for productivity? Let’s find out.”

I’m going to share my experiences using it’s super cool features. I’m going to talk about what I like, and what I do not like about the keyboard. First off, let’s talk about Design and Build Quality.

Design and Build Quality

Logitech mx keys design and build quality and dimensions

The design of the MX Keys is sleek and sophisticated. With its minimalistic design, it not only complements my desk setup but also feels premium to the touch. It is sleek, thin, easy to pick up and move about.

The build quality is top-notch, with a solid, durable frame withstanding my daily use without showing signs of wear and tear. Each key is precisely crafted, offering a satisfying typing experience that’s both quiet, and efficient.”

So, what I’m saying is, for someone like me with small/medium sized hands, I kind of like how each of my fingers fits into the shallow circles on each key.

The Logitech Mx keys  is about 17 inches across, and about 5 inches deep, and the USBC cable measures about 41 inches in length.

Key Features and Performance

Talking about smart illumination, give it to the MX keys. It automatically adjusts the backlighting based on the lighting conditions of the room – a feature I’ve found incredibly useful during late-night editing and typing sessions.

The keyboard’s Easy-Switch technology allows me to seamlessly switch between my PC and smartphone, making my workflow as efficient as possible. I usually place my phone by my side ON , phone stand so, what I do is, I press one of what I call the magic keys, the keys right here, to connect the keyboard to my smartphone, and I can respond to emails, type on my smartphone with the MX Keys, and I can easily switch to my major device – My PC.. Isn’t that cool? If think so, please drop “so cool” in the comment section below.

Up above other keys are quick  magic keys to get things done and increase your productivity. I control my screen brightness with two keys, have a perfect view of opened programs and folders with another, I control the volume with 3 keys, (mute, volume down, volume up), I prompt the calculator also on the keyboard, I take a screenshot with another key as well.

The keys themselves provide the perfect balance of responsiveness and comfort, making long typing sessions a cool breeze.”

Battery Life

Battery life

When I searched “how many days of use does the Logitech mx keys keyboard promise on their official website”?. Logitech promises up to 10 days of use on full charge, and up to 5 months when the backlight is turned off.

In my experience, these numbers are fairly accurate, because I do not find myself always charging it every few weeks, though with the backlighting turned off. The USB-C charging is a welcome modern touch, making it convenient to charge while in use, and alongside my other devices
